In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 679/16 on the Protection of Personal Data and LO 3/2018, December 5, we inform you that the data collected here will be processed in the files under the responsibility of the United Nations Global Compact Network of which you are a member, for the sole purpose of carrying out the registration process and managing and carrying out the EU Peer Learning Group on Climate event, as well as sending relevant information about the event.


All information will be stored in compliance with the legally established security measures and will not be transferred or shared with any third party. We inform you of the existence of international transfer of data to the networks of collaborating countries and organizers of the event. Such transfer must not be authorized by the relevant Supervisory Authority since the recipients are member countries of the European Economic Area or have a decision of the relevant Supervisory Authority by which they are considered suitable recipients for the transfer of data. The information collected will only be used for the purposes described.


We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and limitation or opposition by writing to us via e-mail. Likewise, you also have the right to complain to the Control Authority.
