Join us in Locarno for a meaningful exchange and apéro at the intersection of art, business, sustainability and social impact. Together, we will l explore ideas and good practices for a more inclusive world where all people can live in human dignity and mutual respect.
This informal gathering will bring together like-minded professionals from the Locarno Film Festival and the UN Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein to share ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration and future joint projects. If you would like to contribute a brief (5-minute) input with inspiring thoughts, please let us know in the registration process. Doors open at 18:00, and the event will officially begin at 18:30.
Registration
The event is open to all interested parties and registration is mandatory. As space is limited, please consider registering early - first come, first served.
Cost
The apéro will be offered by the three host organizations. Attendees also have the option to watch the film screening at the Locarno Film Festival afterward at their own expense. This networking event is co-organized by the Locarno Film Festival, which creates a unique atmosphere to exchange and create ideas; Positive Organizations - a Ticino-based sustainability consulting company and Locarno Film Festival’s Sustainability Partner; and the UN Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein an organization uniting companies and to do business responsibly by aligning their strategies and operations with Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption to take strategic actions to advance broader societal goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation.
