The webinar will highlight the first core element of human rights due diligence. It provides information on the relevance of and requirements for a corporate policy statement on respecting human rights.

The following topics and questions will be addressed:

  • How does a company credibly demonstrate that it is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to respect human rights?
  • What are the international requirements regarding a statement of committment on human rights?
  • Key steps that lead to a credible statement
