
Logo Policy
The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) name and logo are the property of the United Nations Global Compact and cannot be used by participants.
Participants in good standing and who have submitted their Communication on Progress (CoP) are encourage to download their Participant Logo instantly, directly from the UNGC Dashboard portal (KSS).
How it works

Participants who submitted their 2025 Communication on Progress (CoP) can download their 2025 Participant Logo immediately from the CoP page in their UNGC Dashboard portal (KSS).

The 2026 Participant Logo will be available as soon as the participant submits their 2026 CoP.

The "Download your Participant Logo" button appears directly on the "CoP and Forward Faster Reporting" tab in the UNGC Dashboard portal (KSS).

Each logo reflects the participant's reporting year (2025 or 2026).

The download includes vertical and horizontal versions of the logo in white, navy, and transparent formats.

Additional assets
Additional assets are available to Participants:

Social media cards, templates, and boilerplate language are available in the Participant Media Toolkit.

Official Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) assets are available on the United Nations website.

The Endorser "We Support" logo remains available for participants in good standing.
Please note that due to reduced capacity, approval processing time for logo requests has been extended to 14 business days. We strongly encourage using the new Participant Logo as the preferred option.
Logo policy and branding guidelines
When using the Participant logo, the Endorser logo, or any other UN Global Compact assets with permission, please strictly adhere to the logo policy as well as the branding guidelines regarding its reproduction, display and spacing.
Please note that the following conditions apply:

The participant must have a CoP/CoE status

The logo must be placed in such a manner that it is clear from the context to which organisation the “We” refers.

The logo may not be sub-licensed to any other entity without the prior written consent of the UN Global Compact.

The logo and UN Global Compact name are not to be used in any manner that suggests or implies that the UN Global Compact has endorsed or approved of the activities, products, and/or services of the organization, or that the UN Global Compact is the source of any such activities, products or services. Generally, per the Brand Guidelines, a participant’s logo should not be placed on the same level as the Endorser logo.

Permission to use the logo lapses if the participant is delisted from the UN Global Compact.

Participants and stakeholders that have been authorized to use the logo on their website are strongly encouraged to link the logo to the UN Global Compact homepage at www.unglobalcompact.org.
The following use of the Particpant Logo and the Endorser Logo are not permitted:

Any context of promoting or advertising products / services of a participant and in connection with fundraising.

Any use of the logo in connection with events/conferences in which the UN Global Compact is not a participant/host.

Any use of the logo as a component of an organization's own logo, trademark or other branding elements.

Any use of the logo suggesting or implying a certification or seal of approval for activities, services and/or products.

Any use of the logo in the header and/or footer of a website.
-
Any use of the logo as a graphical element of stationery, business cards, or other variably utilized print materials, including email signatures.

Any use of the logo on social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
