Introduction
The UN Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein (GCNSL) aims to provide a safe space for employees, Network Participants, and its stakeholders. If you observe or learn about any misconduct involving the GCNSL, we encourage you to raise your concerns via our grievance mechanism.
When to Report a Grievance
Each person is encouraged to raise concerns via the mechanism if they suspect violations of local law and policies or procedures, including but not limited to:

The commission of a criminal offence;

The failure to comply with a legal obligation or another unlawful act or omission;

an act or omission that will, or is likely to, unlawfully endanger the health or safety of an individual or unlawfully damage the environment;

incidents of harassment, discrimination, bullying;

abuse of power, fraud, corruption, or conflict of interest.
Grievance Submission Process

Grievances may be submitted 24/7 and 365 days a year and may be submitted via the independent whistleblower services provided by Fulcrum using the following means:

By phone: A company-dedicated phone line at 213-443-1184 will be answered by professional personnel during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. As a backup, outside of these hours and during holidays, the phone will be answered by an automated voicemail system.

Provide a detailed description of your concern via the means listed above, covering (who, what, when, how) and any relevant documents that support the concern. Electronic documents can be emailed to whistle@fulcrum.com or by post to the address listed above.

Acknowledgment/receipt of report will be given within 7 days of receipt.

Fulcrum will direct all grievance reports to the Executive Director of the GCNSL. In case of a conflict of interest, the report will be directed to two designated members of the GCNSL Board. All concerns will be taken seriously and reviewed carefully.

Feedback will be given within a reasonable timeframe without exceeding 90 days from the acknowledgement of receipt or, if duly justified, up to 180 days and parties to a grievance will be kept informed about the progress of the report.
