Integrating Action and Interventions | SME Webinar Series Part 3

About the event
This is the third session of our four-part webinar series for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs are key drivers of sustainable development in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Yet many face distinct challenges in translating sustainability ambitions into action. This webinar series provides a practical and adaptable framework to support SMEs in embedding sustainability and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into their operations.
Acknowledging that sustainability is an ongoing journey - not a one-time fix - this series follows an interactive four-step cycle to help SMEs map their priorities, define a strategy, implement meaningful actions, and report progress effectively. Each session features real-world examples, hands-on tools, and guidance tailored specifically to the SME context.
Webinar 3: Integrating Action and Interventions
Strategy becomes reality through targeted action. This session focuses on how SMEs can operationalize their sustainability goals through policies, processes, and day-to-day practices. Learn how to embed sustainability into decision-making, foster a culture of accountability, and measure the effectiveness of your interventions. Case examples will illustrate how other SMEs have taken action in practical, resource-conscious ways.
