About the event

This webinar will explore two key stages of a comprehensive water management approach. First, we will delve into water strategy, focusing on target setting, levels of ambition, key metrics, and governance structures. We will then examine the final stage—action—highlighting effective implementation, impactful reporting, and strategic communication. Both steps are part of a water roadmap that integrates a robust strategy with credible actions and ongoing monitoring. We will also discuss the foundations of impactful corporate water stewardship, emphasizing the critical role of Collective Action.

Holcim’s water approach will be featured as a case study, offering practical insights. There will be time allocated for audience questions. Throughout the session, participants will gain access to valuable tools, resources, and frameworks to initiate or accelerate their company’s water journey.
