This introductory webinar on human rights due diligence (HRDD) is aimed at GCNSL members as well as other companies, interested in understanding the current developments and how to get started on HRDD.
The following questions will be addressed:
- What are the international & national (regulatory) developments around HRDD?
- What are the requirements for companies?
- What are the elements of HRDD?
- What does it look like in practice?
Participation in this webinar is open to everyone and free of charge. The webinar will be moderated by Sibylle Baumgartner and Matthias Leisinger from focusright.
Human Rights Due Diligence Training Programme 2020
This introductory webinar is part of the second round of GCNSL's HRDD training programme taking place between October 2020 and January 2021. The HRDD training programme assists members of the GCNSL in answering the questions that arise when establishing and implementing their HRDD policies and processes. The focus of the series will be tailored to the needs of the participating companies, while preparing companies for existing and potentially upcoming regulations.
Participation in this webinar is recommended for attending the 1-day training workshops on human rights due diligence to take place on 16 November 2020 and 26 January 2021.
